Plot
An airport bombing in the Roviet Union, a land of extreme cold. The suspect emerges as Lupin III. However, the “other Lupin”, whom Zenigata has tracked down, insists on his innocence. Zenigata, a man of justice, confronts the mysterious “fake” Lupin.
