Amazon Prime Video has just released a teaser of a new live action movie on Daisuke Jigen.
The title: “Jigen Daisuke”.
Tetsuji Tamayama (Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger, Casshern, NANA, Ajin: Demi-Human) will be again the gunman friend of Lupin after the 2014 movie.
The action says that he was surprised by mature tones of anime movie: “Daisuke Jigen’s Gravestone”, this new movie will have these tones.
The director will be by Hajime Hashimoto (The Detective Is in the Bar franchise, AIBOU: Tokyo Detective Duo, Shimauma, Signal) and the script will write by Yoshimasa Akamatsu (BD ~Akechi Tantei Jimusho, Corpse Party: Book of Shadows).
The produres will be Amazon and TMS Entertaiment (the same studio of Lupin anime).

Jigen senses something is off about his trusty Combat Magnum. So, he visits Japan for the first time in years to search for the world’s greatest gunsmith (who happens to run a watch shop)
The movie will be relased by Amazon Prime on october 13 of 2023 (in the whole world).
